CALCULATING OFFERS
In the reserved area, customers can calculate offers based on the card characteristics. Customers can also view the historical records containing all of the previous offers they have calculated personally, with the added option of managing these offers for statistical purposes.

ORDERING ON-LINE
From the reserved area, customers can place orders with Publicenter and be certain that all the elements serving to finalise the order have been included and that the price calculated is the right price. The order can also be placed directly from the offer: all it takes is a change from the offer status to the order status. To ensure greater reliability, the system automatically generates an e-mail message confirming correct receipt of the order. As in the case of offers, all past orders can be tracked and viewed by the customer at any time. There is no longer any need to write out the whole order all over again or to check to ensure that the amount matches the offer calculated.

CONTROLLING GRAPHICS
The exchange of graphic files takes place entirely over the web. Customers have access to their personal electronic folders to upload files serving to print the cards, and to another folder in which Publicenter uploads the layouts that need to be approved prior to printing. In the first case, an e-mail message will always confirm receipt of the file by Publicenter, and in the second case the customer will receive a notice as soon as the job is ready for customer approval in the customer's private folder.

CHECK YOUR ORDER STATUS
The customer can follow the path of his own orders, from the layout approval to the beginning of production, from the personalization to the shipment, until the order is completely over. Anytime it is possible to know in which step of the production process the commissioned job is.
