... Publicenter is pleased to announce that its CHIP RFID card range now includes a new product: the UHF (Ultra-High-Frequency) CARD. This new technology, which is already considered by some as the future of RFID application, works on a UHF tag (840-960MHz). It is ideal for application when high reading distances are required, whilst maintaining a high performance.
UHF RFID cards have interesting advantages, compared to the system that works with low (125-136 KHz) or high (13,56 MHz) frequency. UHF frequencies typically offer a better range and can transfer data faster than LF and HF.
Thanks to these innovative features, UHF technology is also becoming more used for cards. Applications include access control, public transportation, customer loyalty programs, time and attendance, music or sports event attendance, sports timing and tracking, etc.
Are now available two new cards : with UHF tecnology and IBRYD with UHF and HF technologies. |
